At Uptime, we believe in performing preventative maintenance before problems start. We also know that some of Novell's licensing customers do not have support included with their current licensing agreements. So we have designed the following annual maintenance support packages with all of our customers in mind. Check out the option that is right for you!

Novell Product Support Packages
Designed for SLA and ALA customers who don't have current support with Novell.

OES Customer Care Packages
These preventative maintenance packages are designed for customers who want us to handle patching their OES systems and who want their systems health checked on a regular basis.

ZCM and ENGL Customer Care Packages
These preventative maintenance packages are designed for customers who want us to handle patching their ZCM systems and, if need, upgrading their ENGL software.
