OES Customer Care Packages

Uptime offers three tiered customer care packages for OES clients:

Tier I
Ideal for customers who have priority maintenance support with Novell for emergencies but who want preventative maintenance, including a review of the network on a regular basis, recommendations around upgrade paths, and patching.

Tiers II and III
Ideal for customers who do not have a contract with Novell that includes support incidents and who want preventative maintenance, including a review of the network on a regular basis, recommendations around upgrade paths, and patching. Great for SLA/ALA customers!

Each package is available either as a quarterly plan or as a semi-annual plan, giving you six unique options to select from.
